What You’ll Get:

  • Free 60-Minute Assessment and Workout: Before we dive in, we’ll take some time to understand your current fitness level and goals. This session helps us design a personalized plan that fits your needs and sets you on the right path from day one.
  • Personalized Equipment Options: Whether you’re working out with just your bodyweight or have access to gymnastic rings, kettlebells, or other equipment, I’ll customize the workouts to suit what you have on hand and gradually build up your strength and abilities.
  • Flexible and Progressive Routine: Over the next 2 months, we’ll work together three times a week in 60-minute online sessions. The workouts will evolve as you do, ensuring that you’re continually challenged while staying motivated. We’ll focus on exercises that enhance your mobility, strength, and conditioning, building a foundation that will support your fitness journey for years to come.
  • Supportive Coaching: Throughout our time together, I’ll be there to guide, motivate, and support you. My goal is to help you develop habits that stick, so you can maintain and build on your progress even after the program ends.
