New Online Courses

Strong Foundation Online (Self-Paced)
Enhance your fitness with the Strong Foundation Online Course. Specifically designed to improve your stability and balance in your lower body, this course is perfect for all fitness levels but, is especially made for those who need more leg stability. Through six expertly crafted exercises and guided videos, you'll learn techniques to boost your balance, build core strength, and prevent injuries. Each exercise in this course is accompanied with both written and video instructions and followed by a 3-5 minute drill. This course culminates in a 10 minute warm up followed by a 20 minute exercise routine (follow along).
- Includes a 20% discount on any one-on-one coaching program with Kira.

Strong Foundation Online (Guided)
Includes everything in the Strong Foundation Online Course below plus: Three 60-min Zoom sessions with Kira. These one-on-one sessions serve to: 1) Assess your fitness level and goals, 2) Guide you through each of the exercises in the online course to ensure best alignment and function, 3) Give you confidence to perform the exercises independently.
- 2-week format.
- Instruction can be provided in English or Dutch.
- Includes a 20% discount on any one-on-one coaching program with Kira.

Founder & Lead Trainer at Active Nature Fitness
Hello, I’m Kira, the founder of Active Nature Fitness. I specialize in helping people achieve sustainable fitness and mental resilience through a unique blend of calisthenics, kettlebells, and animal movements. With a background in rock climbing, surfing, and glacier guiding, I focus on enhancing strength, mobility, and endurance, all while fostering a deep connection to nature through outdoor expeditons. My mission is to guide you in reaching your fitness goals while embracing the joy of movement and adventure.

Expeditions 2025
We have some exciting expeditions in the works for next year. We are looking at a Marine Conservation and Adventure in the Azores and the Canary Islands, and Glacier Trekking and Hot Spring Exploration in Iceland. Register your interest to know more about them first.
