Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at Active Nature Fitness. If you’re not, please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Refund Policy

For online courses and coaching programs:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the course or program has been completed.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at contactactivenature@gmail.com with your order details.

Cancellation Policy

For expeditions and live events:

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend an event, you may reschedule to a future date within the same calendar year without any additional charge if an event is available, provided you give at least 14 days’ notice.
