• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed.

3.2 In-Person Coaching

• Payments for in-person coaching sessions are required in advance.
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3.3 Expeditions and Training Camps

• Full payment is required upon registration, unless a payment plan is offered.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• Active Nature Fitness reserves the right to cancel events due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
