I’m Kira, the founder of Active Nature Fitness, where I blend my love for fitness with a deep-rooted passion for adventure. My approach to fitness is holistic, focusing on building strength, resilience, and overall health, especially for women. I believe that physical strength is directly connected to mental confidence, and I’m committed to helping women feel empowered in their bodies. I have been training students since 2020 in this approach.

Fitness Journey

My fitness journey started with a passion for calisthenics, training extensively in techniques that build functional strength and mobility. Over time, I incorporated kettlebells, gymnastic rings, and high intensity workouts into my routine, creating a well-rounded approach that challenges both body and mind. These methods are not just about aesthetics (although the body comes with it)—they’re about building a body that supports a life full of adventure and resilience.

Adventures and Training Philosophy

I’ve spent years guiding people through some of the most challenging terrains and experiences the world has to offer. From glacier tours and hikes in Iceland to technical diving and cave exploration in Mexico, my adventures have always been tied to a deep understanding of the body’s capabilities. I’ve trekked the rugged landscapes of the Himalayas, kayaked around Menorca, and camped out in a hammock 200 meters up a cliff during multi-pitch climbs. These experiences have shaped my approach to training, emphasizing the importance of a strong, capable body for both extraordinary adventures and everyday life. My programs enhance strength, mobility, and endurance while promoting mental well-being. At Active Nature Fitness, I offer a unique blend of fitness training inspired by the outdoors, helping you prepare for specific adventures, improve your health, and build strength and resilience.
